Before you connect.

Do you need my password?

Not for Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook or Microsoft 365: you sign in with Google or Microsoft, and Flaiir never sees your password. Other hosts use an app password, a separate code you can revoke, stored encrypted (AES-256) and deleted when you disconnect.

How do I connect a mailbox?

Enter your email and Flaiir finds your provider. Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect with your Google or Microsoft sign-in. Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho and most other hosts connect with an app password.

How fast will my sending grow?

It depends on what you send. Cold outreach starts at 5 a day and grows about 10% on clean days; a newsletter starts at 25 and grows about 25%. Volume holds when bounces or spam placement creep up, and halves when they turn bad. Each day comes with the reason.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. If Flaiir isn't for you, email mamadou@flaiir.co within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back, no questions asked.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. Every mailbox has pause and a kill switch, and disconnecting deletes the stored app password straight away.
