Terms of Service
Last updated 11 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Flaiir at flaiir.co. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
The service
Flaiir checks a domain's email setup, plans a sending ramp, and runs a warm-up network in which members' mailboxes exchange ordinary emails and rescue each other's mail from spam. Placement depends on mailbox providers we don't control, so we can't promise any particular result.
Your responsibilities
- Only connect mailboxes and domains you own or are authorised to manage.
- Keep your sign-in and mailbox credentials secure, and tell us if you think they've been misused.
- Follow the law and your mailbox provider's rules, including anti-spam and data protection law, in everything you send.
Acceptable use
You must not use Flaiir to:
- send spam, phishing, malware or deceptive mail, or warm up domains for that purpose;
- send to people who haven't agreed to hear from you where the law requires consent;
- impersonate someone, or connect an address or domain that isn't yours;
- interfere with the network or other members, or try to get around its safety rules, limits or checks.
To protect every member, the network can automatically pause or remove a mailbox that bounces, appears on a blocklist, or whose mail keeps landing in spam. We may also suspend accounts that break these terms.
The warm-up network
By joining, you allow Flaiir to send a small number of warm-up emails from your mailbox and to act on warm-up emails it receives, exactly as described on the join page and in our Privacy Policy. You can pause, leave or disconnect at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Flaiir running well, but it's provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. We'll give notice of significant changes where we can.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on mailbox providers, such as filtering or blocklisting decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Flaiir and delete your account at any time. Disconnecting a mailbox deletes its stored credentials straight away.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: mamadou@flaiir.co.
