- Publish it as one TXT record at the root of your domain (host "@"). A domain must have exactly one SPF record.
What SPF does
SPF lists the servers allowed to send mail as your domain. Without it, Gmail and Outlook treat your mail as unauthenticated, and since 2024 they reject or junk much of it.
A domain must have exactly one SPF record. If you already have one, add the new includes to it rather than publishing a second.
